| A0164 | 18/02/2014 09:29 | After public consultation, East Northamptonshire Council have confirmed that our application for a Neighbourhood Plan Area to be declared was approved at the Planning Policy Committee meeting on 12th February 2014. This means that if approved by referendum, our plan will have legal weight within the boundary defined. | See NDP-0048 for the boundary we have declared. It encompasses the whole Parish, less a field (site 2a) which is proposed for transfer into Stanwick during the April 2014 boundary reorganisation. After April 2014, we will propose an amendment to the boundary area to bring site 1 on the map within the Neighbourhood Plan Area. See NDP-0173 for the approval notice. |
