| Q. As the Duchy of Lancaster are not present and have so far not answered questions put to them, how can residents form an opinion on what might be proposed. There is currently a lack of detail. A. The Duchy apologises for not engaging fully so far, one of the internal land agents responsible left the organisation and hasn't yet been replaced. The Duchy has not done any detailed work on this proposal and probably won't do any further work at this stage other than to register that this is a site that could be developed if it is accepted in the Neighbourhood Plan. |
