| Q. You seem to be proposing the demolition of your house to accommodate 2 others. How can this be viable? A. We were hoping that we might be able to negotiate access to the rear of the property over neighbouring land and that this would avoid the need for demolition. However, if this can't be negotiated then the house would need to be demolished to allow access and we would need to build more than 2 properties to make the project viable. |
