| C. If you put a road in, there is nothing to stop you then asking for planning permission for the other side of it. A. I have no intention of doing that, but I can see where you are coming from. |

| Q. Where would the access for the other end of the road be, near the lay-by? C. Probably just beyond it. I wouldn't want to go too far up though, that would extend the Village. |

| Q. Would each house have direct access off the Kimbolton Road? A. No, they would use the new access behind Blacksmith's Cottage. They would front onto the Kimbolton Road but there would be no vehicle access from it. |
