Q. Will there be adequate space for a garage and parking?

A. Yes there will at least single garages on the plots.

Q. Won't the residents of these bungalows be excluded by being behind other houses?

A. It is no different to Foot Lane which is only obvious if you know it is there. We think that this would be a perfect quiet spot for retirement bungalows with nice views across the fields.
