Q. What's to stop the Duchy buying up the remaining field and driving a road behind Duchy Farm Cottages opening up the remainder of their field to housing as well?

A. A covenant would prevent all back land development

Q. Will there be a covenant or preservation order on the trees as these are an important feature of Caldecott?

Q. What are the gaps for in phase 1 & 2?

A. To preserve views of the Church for walkers and for residents of Manor Farm.

Q. What about sewerage? All the sewerage from Caldecott and Chelston Rise flow to the pumping station in Water Lane which is already struggling to cope in storms as it is partly a shared system.
