| Q. How will access to phase 1 be achieved. A. Using the existing access and perhaps others across the footway. Q. Isn't the existing access too near the bend for residential use? A. I don't think it is but obviously this is for Highways to decide. |

| Q. Where will access be for the houses in phase 1? A. There is one existing access to the field. The others would be across the footways in the normal way. |

| Q. Are you talking about a single row of houses? What about the field behind? A. Yes only a single row with deep gardens. A covenant will be put on these gardens to prevent backland development. |
