Q. Looking at the aspirational plan, a couple of questions arise-
There doesn't appear to be any access to the rear gardens of plots 3 & 4. If their wheelie bins are stored in the rear, how will these be presented for collection?
-
Plot 5 has footway access from Foot Lane and vehicle access from the shared drive. Is there any general pedestrian access from Foot Lane to the shared drive?
-
Each plot has two spaces (or a garage & a space). What provision, if any, is made for visitor and delivery parking?
A. The whole building scheme and our intention to relocate is still really under consideration by David & myself. However in response to questions raised by your clerk it is a draft layout and therefore is subject to detailed design of the houses/bungalows. Should we decide to pursue this further then;-
The next layout would have amended fence lines to allow for rear access to plots 3 and 4 so that all wheelie bins are stored in rear gardens.
-
We didn’t want to create a public short cut through the site, however if the community felt this would be of benefit then this could done.

I am told that the parking provisions exceed the local authority min requirements, there is space for delivery vehicles to turn within the site.
