| Q. What exactly is meant by "high quality" dwellings. This is a sensitive site near a listed building and it is very important to be specific on type and materials being proposed. A. The Duchy believes that this site would be best suited to a very small number of high specification dwellings on large plots to complement the Duchy farm development. It is too early in the process to be more specific but it would be in everyone's interest for any properties to be in keeping with what is already there. |
