| Q. Who would oversee proposed development - would it be the Duchy or would they sell the whole field to a developer who would then probably try to come back and argue for the whole field to be developed. A. The Duchy is not in a position to say how it would manage the development of the site at this stage but is clear that they are only proposing the development of the front 1/3 of the site which is approximately 1acre (confirmed by Google Maps measurement) |
