| C. Bidwell Lane is already a rat run taking much more traffic since the re-opening of Chelston Rise. The road is just not big enough for more traffic. If it was made wider then this could actually make the problem even worse. A. The Duchy agrees that the road should not be widened as this would encourage through traffic rather than traffic to serve the properties and businesses along Bidwell Lane. |
