| Q. The current sewerage provision for the existing barn goes across private property and is currently subject to a contractual dispute. No other properties can be connected to this private sewer branch. What is proposed for sewerage services for the new property? A. No detail has been worked out but if there was a problem that couldn't be resolved contractually, a new sewer branch could be connected directly to the road. Update (25/01/2014) - the contractual issue has now been resolved to the satisfaction of both parties. |
