Q. Are you keeping the grain store? If so how would you access the new property and the field behind it as the concrete apron in front of the store is currently used for tractor access and lorry access. You couldn't really move the access onto the bend.

A. This needs to be worked out. There is existing access to both the field and the smithy from Bidwell Lane across the apron but clearly there will be some challenges in the detail.
