| Q. Why are you proposing 4 access points off Higham Road rather than a roundabout? This is too dangerous as this is a fast road. A. Our design is based on Highways guidance which doesn't allow roundabouts at the top of a hill. They have to be on the flat or in a dip. We believe that this stretch of road has good visibility and cars will not have a problem exiting from the road or properties. |
