| C. This development is exactly what the Village needs. My only comment is on the parking provision. We have a serious issue with parking in the Village and more spaces may be needed internally to accommodate visitors and two cars per house. A. We will do whatever is needed and is allowed by policy. Our architect has advised us that there are some restrictions on the numbers of spaces that can be provided per house. (Comment from Cllr Adrian Dale) Parking is such an issue for the Village that our Neighbourhood Plan is likely to include a specific policy which requires the provision of more parking spaces than historically allowed. |

| Q. What are your timescales for moving? A. If we could, we would move tomorrow! This location isn't ideal for our business and we recognise that it isn't good for the Village. We obviously need to find another location to run the business and the finances need to be right for us to move. Land values have been poor in recent years but are beginning to pick up now. |

| Q. Are there still fuel tanks under the forecourt? A. We believe so and think that they will need to be removed during the development. (Comment from Cllr Adrian Dale) The tanks were found to be leaking many years ago with water getting into the fuel. This was one of the reasons for the garage closing. |

| C. For residents in Foot Lane, this is the best scheme yet for the site and I have no issues with it. Q. Can you confirm it is just pedestrian access to the dormer bungalow? A. Yes, the existing vehicle access to our site off Foot Lane would be closed off and no additional traffic will use Foot Lane. |
