A. Our preference is for owner occupied houses.

Q. What about the storm water - if you are paving over these fields and Ray paves over the other side - what's going to happen?

A. You are right to be concerned and legislation requires developers to take this into account. There are two drains on both sides of the road which would be used to take the storm water but investigations would be needed to ensure that they were fit for purpose.

Q. Wouldn't bungalows be a good option to balance the bungalows on the opposite side?

A. We are happy to consider any suggestions that would create the right feel for the Village.

Q. Would it be possible to screen the houses proposed?

A. That wouldn't be realistic as the occupiers of the houses would then be looking at the screening.
